DIXBORO HOUSE
Inside our naturally lit rustic space, we craft an inventive menu rich in flavor and rooted in 100 years of local culinary history. Our fine dining experience is soft, relaxed, and nourishing.
the boro
The Boro is our side door all-day café featuring woodfired pizzas, takeaway meals, a full range of expertly produced baked goods, Roos Roast coffee, adult beverages and more.
fleming creek
We understand that it is our responsibility to the Earth and her creatures to nurture the ecosystem that supports life surrounding us here. Through remediation efforts we were able to clean Fleming Creek and the surrounding area, allowing the return of wildlife to our beautiful creek.
the yard
We are proud stewards of the land our Project rests on. The Yard is a casual area where our guests can enjoy nature, views of Fleming Creek, and communing with eachother.
the farm & Coop
Through eco-friendly on-site farming practices, we raise chickens and grow herbs that are used in the Dixboro House kitchen.
log Cabin
This historical structure sits adjacent to our Farm & Coop. Under development as a future Guest House, we will be offering overnight stays on our property.
Guest House & Greenbarn
The Guest House & Greenbarn are under development as future destinations within The Project that will provide wellness offerings.
north farm
This area is under development as an additional farm where we will have more opportunities to grow our own food for the Dixboro House kitchen.
rain gardens
Rain gardens are planted throughout our property for their environmental benefit and beauty. Rain gardens can help filter out pollutants in rain water runoff and provide food and shelter for butterflies, song birds and other wildlife
